Your evening begins with a refreshing Daab Shikanji welcome drink, seamlessly followed by an exquisite five-course tasting menu that showcases the vibrant, complex spices of the region masterfully blended with premium British ingredients.

An optional, carefully curated wine pairing is also available to perfectly complement the robust flavours of each South Indian course.
