Michelin-starred Chef Atul Kochhar masterfully guides guests on a culinary journey to Bihar, seamlessly blending authentic regional heritage with exceptional British produce across six vibrant, flavour-packed courses.

From rustic regional classics to contemporary pan-Indian interpretations, each dish celebrates the earthy, aromatic soul of Bihari cuisine. To further elevate the evening, our sommelier has curated a bespoke wine pairing designed to perfectly complement the complex spices and textures of each meticulously prepared course.

Whether you are a seasoned connoisseur of traditional Indian flavours or discovering Bihar’s rich culinary heritage for the very first time, this bespoke dining event promises a truly unforgettable epicurean experience.

Arrival times are scheduled for 6:30 pm, 6:45 pm, or 7:00 pm, with the dining experience commencing promptly at 7:15 pm.
