Join us in our Grade II listed Georgian dining room for an inaugural evening celebrating British viticulture and sophisticated pan-Indian gastronomy. Hosted by General Manager Roger Pont alongside Events and Marketing Manager Bibi Roy, guests will savour an exquisite five-course tasting menu. This exclusive feast is thoughtfully curated by Michelin-starred Chef Atul Kochhar and flawlessly executed by our Head Chef, Kuldeep Singh, blending authentic regional spices with the finest locally sourced ingredients.

Throughout the evening, Chapel Down Wine Ambassador Henry Bass will introduce a selection of hand-picked English wines, meticulously chosen to complement the robust, layered flavours of each dish.
