On Wednesday, 7th January, we warmly invite you to join us for the highly anticipated next instalment of our regional supper club series, “A Taste of Awadh,” hosted personally by acclaimed Michelin-starred Chef Atul Kochhar.
Culinary Traditions Rooted in the Royal Kitchens of Lucknow
Originating from Lucknow in northern India, Awadhi cuisine boasts a rich and extraordinarily elegant culinary tradition rooted directly in the royal kitchens of the Nawabs. It is renowned for slow-cooked, intensely aromatic dishes that masterfuly blend Mughal, Persian, and traditional Indian flavours, utilising delicate regional spices and highly refined cooking techniques.
Our supper club evenings within our historic Grade II listed dining room are extremely popular; we highly recommend securing your table well in advance.
Arrival times: 6:30 pm, 6:45 pm, or 7:00 pm, with the dining experience commencing promptly at 7:15 pm.
