Guests will be welcomed with a glass of local Kentish Chapel Down fizz on arrival, followed by a bespoke pan-Indian menu carefully selected by The Mayor. The evening features an optional expert wine pairing and a charity auction, where Chef Atul Kochhar will proudly donate signed cookbooks and a dining experience for two.
Supporting The Sea Cadets Organisation Through Fine Dining
The Sea Cadets is a respected national youth charity offering adventure and personal development opportunities for young people aged 10 to 18. The organisation provides diverse activities, including sailing, power-boating, and crucial life-saving skills, helping cadets build confidence. Trained volunteers, many possessing distinguished naval backgrounds, serve as role models to foster a highly supportive environment.
In addition to raising essential funds for the Sea Cadets, Mayor Osborne has proudly reintroduced the civic tradition of being supported by a dedicated sea cadet at official engagements throughout his term in Tunbridge Wells.
